Delays
Sometimes delays can happen due to things outside our control (e.g., customs, shipping carrier delays, or high demand during holidays). If it’s been more than 20 business days and you still haven't received your order, please contact us.
Wrong Address?
Please double-check your shipping address before placing an order. If the address is incorrect and the order gets returned, you’ll need to cover the reshipping fee.
